How long will it take to get my tickets?
We guarantee you will receive your tickets by the beginning of your event or we will refund 100% of your money. Once your order is processed by the seller, your tickets will ship within 2 business days. In the event your tickets are not yet in stock (have not been printed by the box office, artist, or promoter), your tickets will ship the day they are received to ensure you receive them before the event.
What if the event is cancelled?
In the unfortunate event your event is cancelled, your money will be refunded. Unfortunately, if the tickets have already been shipped to you, we will not be able to refund the amount paid for shipping.
What if the event is postponed?
If your event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date/time.
Will my seats be together?
Yes, as long as you purchase tickets in the same listing your tickets will be together unless stated differently by the seller in the notes.
How will my tickets be shipped? Do I have options?
Yes, we have many shipping options which will be available upon checkout. From FedEx overnight to FedEx Ground, we have you covered.
The event I want tickets for is today. How would I get my tickets?
If the event you would like tickets for is today (or too soon to allow for shipping time), you will see "Near Term Delivery" as your only shipping option when checking out. Once your order is processed, the seller will contact you to figure out the best way to get you your tickets before the event. This includes currier, will call drop-off, office pickup, etc.
